1. Branding Services and Mentoring Packages
- You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase for any branding or mentoring package. After this 48-hour cooling-off period, all fees are non-refundable due to the customised nature of these services and the time invested in preparing personalised insights.
- Once a session or service has begun, refunds are no longer applicable. This includes any analysis, reports, or consultations that have already been delivered.
2. Digital Products, Downloadables, and Online Courses
- All sales of digital products, downloadable items, and online courses or masterclasses are final and non-refundable.
- Due to the immediate access to content provided, we are unable to offer refunds on these types of purchases. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions before making your purchase.
3. Photography Session Booking Fees
- Photography booking fees are refundable within 48 hours from the time of purchase. This fee reserves your date in our calendar and secures a hair and makeup artist for your session.
- After the 48-hour cooling-off period, booking fees become non-refundable, as arrangements for your session begin immediately after confirmation.
- Once your photography session is completed, no refunds will be issued for session fees.
4. Refunds for Photography Images and Collections
- Due to the bespoke nature of photography products, once your images have been delivered in either digital or physical form, they cannot be returned or refunded.
- Any custom-made wall art orders, once placed with the manufacturer, cannot be refunded or altered.
