1. Introduction

Welcome to Renata Clarke Brand Alchemy Shop. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases. These terms apply to all visitors and users of our shop.

2. Products and Services

We offer a variety of branding and quantum healing services, including Quantum Essence Branding reports, custom sessions, and digital downloads. Please refer to the product description for specific details of each item. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering Process

When placing an order, you will be required to provide accurate and complete details, including your name, billing address, shipping address (if applicable), email, and payment details. Orders are only confirmed after payment is successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation summarising your order.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payments through PayPal (including PayPal Credit and PayPal Pay in 3). All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. No products or services will be provided until the payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery and Shipping

For physical products, such as custom fine art albums, we aim to deliver within 2 weeks of order confirmation. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on location and availability. Orders placed for digital products (such as branding reports) will be delivered electronically to the email provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Digital Products and Services: Due to the custom nature of our digital reports and services, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided for completed sessions, reports, or digital downloads.
  • Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order before any digital work has commenced or a session has taken place, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a potential refund. Once work has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including branding reports, visual materials, and custom work provided through our shop, are the intellectual property of Renata Clarke Portraits and Branding. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the content without our written consent.

8. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information when placing an order. Any discrepancies in delivery or session reports due to incorrect information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Renata Clarke Portraits and Branding.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

10. Sessions and Appointments

All appointments for branding or quantum healing sessions must be pre-booked and paid for in advance. If you are late by more than 15 minutes, the session will be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon for an emergency situation.
