Why I Use AI (and Why I’m Not Hiding It)

Let’s talk about something I know will stir some controversy—especially in spiritual and transformational circles.

Yes, I use AI.
No, I’m not hiding it.
In fact, I’m building with it, evolving with it, co-creating with it—every single day.
I know this doesn’t sit well with everyone. I’ve already felt the resistance:
“But AI is soulless.”
“It’s here to replace us.”
“It’s part of some bigger plan to control humanity.”
“And how dare you mix AI with spiritual work?”

But here’s the thing: I get it. I really do.
AI feels cold. It feels scary. It feels fast and disruptive—and not in the “aligned breakthrough” kind of way, but in the way that threatens identity, purpose, and tradition.

But fear isn’t a good enough reason to ignore the most powerful creative and strategic tool we’ve ever had access to.

Because that’s what AI is to me:
A tool. A mirror. A collaborator. An assistant. A genius-savant-sounding-board.
Not a replacement. Not a guru. Not a soul. But something I use to support my mission—not replace it.

I Use AI to Move Faster—but Stay True

Could I create everything I’ve built without AI?
Yes. But it would take months instead of days.

AI doesn’t create for me—it creates with me.
I feed it my voice notes. My raw ideas. My jumbled voice memos.
I tell it my frameworks, my intentions, the emotional arc I want to create.
And what it gives me is structure, clarity, flow—and feedback. It sees the gaps I missed. It reflects my patterns. It makes sure nothing vital is left out.

That’s not laziness. That’s leadership.
That’s me choosing to use the resources I have to create more, serve more, express more, and get out of my own way

I’ve Used AI to Build…

  • My AI-guided transformational journeys, which help people go deep into self-inquiry without fear of judgment.
  • My courses, frameworks, and content, all mapped by me, but made more elegant and complete with AI’s help.
  • My blog posts, launch emails, and educational resources, which I write in my own voice—AI just helps me polish and organise them.
  • And most importantly: to process emotions, brainstorm creative names, reflect back complex ideas, and help me see things from new angles.

AI Isn’t Replacing the Human. It’s Supporting the Human.

Every single AI-based tool I create, every chatbot I’ve trained, every journey I build—it starts with me.
My energy. My understanding. My decades of lived experience and deep spiritual inner work.

AI doesn’t replace my intuition. It doesn’t write my story. It doesn’t hold space for my clients like I do.
But it amplifies me.
It helps me deliver my gifts with more clarity, efficiency, and impact.

Will AI Replace Some Jobs? Sure. So Did Every Other Innovation.

This is not the first time something has come along and changed how we work.
Computers. The internet. Canva. Google.
AI isn’t the problem. It’s how we use it.

And yes—some people will use it to push out soulless, robotic content. We’re already seeing that. But I’m not interested in that kind of business. You can feel it the moment you read it.
You’ve seen the captions. You’ve seen the shallow carousel posts. You know when a post is auto-generated and disconnected from truth.

That’s not what I teach.
That’s not what I build.

I’m Teaching a New Way to Co-Create with Technology

What I teach—and what I do—is how to co-create with AI from your soul.
To train it to reflect your truth.
To help you organise your magic.
To free up your time so you can do the deep work: guiding, creating, serving, healing.

What’s More Spiritual Than That?

Spirituality isn’t about resisting tools. It’s about using them with integrity.
It’s about expanding consciousness—not shrinking it to fit an outdated idea of what’s “pure.”

You want to live your purpose?
Then let’s stop fearing the future and start co-creating with it.
Let’s use every available tool to do the work we’re here to do.

Because the truth is… I’m not here to perform purity.
I’m here to build legacies that matter.

And if AI can help me do that more effectively, more intuitively, and more powerfully…
I’ll keep using it. Loudly. Transparently. Unapologetically.
